Arthur C. Stever III

ARTHUR C. STEVER III resides in Watertown, New York. He received an A.B. in Economics from the University of Virginia in 1968. After spending several years in the Army, he entered law school at the University of Virginia and received his J.D. in 1975. Subsequently, he attended New York University and received his Masters of Law in Taxation in 1980. He was admitted to the Bar in 1976 and is a member of the Jefferson County, New York State, Virginia and District of Columbia Bar Associations.

Before joining the Conboy Law Firm, Mr. Stever worked for Morgan Guaranty Trust Company in their Trust and Investment Division for five years in New York City. He joined the Conboy Law Firm in 1983 and became a partner in 1986. He is a member of both the Business and Estates Practice Groups.

Mr. Stever is also an active member of the community. He is currently a director and treasurer of the Herring College Memorial Trust, Vice President of the Bugbee Housing Development, Corp., a director and Vice Chairman of the Auto Club of Western and Central New York (AAA), a director and President of the Greater Watertown North Country Chamber of Commerce, Chair of the American Red Cross - Northern New York Chapter, Chairman of the City of Watertown Ethics Board, director and secretary of the Seaway Trail Foundation, and a member of the Watertown Rotary Club.
