Krystal A. Rupert

KRYSTAL A. RUPERT was born in Watertown, New York. She received a B.S. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Keuka College in 2001, graduating summa cum laude, and she obtained her J.D. from the State University of New York Law School at Buffalo, graduating cum laude with a concentration in criminal law in 2004. Mrs. Rupert was admitted to the bar in 2005. Mrs. Rupert is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

While attending law school, Mrs. Rupert was involved in the University at Buffalo Law School's Prison Task Force, and she was involved in the Buffalo Criminal Law Society, as co-chair of an annual National Criminal Law Moot Court Competition. Before joining the Conboy Law Firm, Mrs. Rupert interned with the Jefferson County District Attorney's Office, the Jefferson County Public Defender's Office, the Buffalo City Court Public Defender's Office, the Cuyahoga County Court Services Office, and the St. Petersburg Probation & Parole Office. She also gained experience in civil law as a law clerk with a civil firm in Buffalo, New York.

Mrs. Rupert is a member of the Litigation Pracice Group, and anticipates concentrating her practice in Personal Injury Litigation, Social Security Disability Practice, Criminal Law, and Domestic Relations Law.
