Matthew R. Dunn
MATTHEW R. DUNN was born in Gloversville, New York. Upon graduating from Gloversville High School in 1994, Mr. Dunn attended Syracuse University where he received a B.A. in Political Science in December 1997, and a J.D. from Syracuse Law School in May 2001. Mr. Dunn sat for the New York State Bar Exam in July 2001 and was hired by the law firm in September 2001. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in February 2002.
While attending law school in Syracuse, Mr. Dunn was the President of the Environmental Law Society during the 1999-2000 academic year, and was also elected as a University Senator during 2000-2001.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Dunn interned for a Magistrate Judge for Federal Court in the Northern District of New York, as well as clerking for firms in both Syracuse and Oswego, New York.
Mr. Dunn is a member of the Litigation Practice Group and has concentrated his practice in the areas of Domestic Relations Law, general civil litigation and social security disability.
